Village of Williamsville wading
pools - summer employment.Must be
at least 18 years of age; must receive CPR certification and Basic First
Aid Training from Village of Williamsville.In addition to careful monitoring of children in the wading pool,
attendant is responsible for:enforcement of all pool rules and regulations; taking daily
attendance; testing water quality and keeping accurate records of same for
·CPR Training – Successful candidates must
attend and complete the required 4 hour CPR training class AND the First
Aid Training Class, both given by the Village of Williamsville Fire
Dept.Regardless of whether or not
you possess a valid CPR certification/and or First Aid, you MUST
take these classes that the Village will provide at no charge to you.
·Orientation – Successful candidates must
attend Mandatory Orientation Session held the week before the pools open,
at Williamsville Village Hall, 5565 Main St.
·Required Attire – Village-provided official
red t-shirts; your own shorts.No
swim suits allowed.
Village of Williamsville maintains 2 wading pools (for children 12 and

located in scenic Island Park (site of the annual Old Home Days Festival),
behind Village Hall, 5565 Main Street, Williamsville (nearest cross street
is S. Cayuga Rd.)
Garrison Park Wading Pool is
located in charming Garrison Park, at the corner of Garrison Rd. and Park
Dr., Williamsville (1 block south of Main St.).
pools are open 7 days a week, 11:00am to 7:00pm.
open the third Monday in June and close the third Sunday in August.
